Jamie and Tara have been business partners in real estate for over 19 years, helping countless buyers and sellers find their dream home throughout the Lexington, SC area. Together, they bring complementary tools and strengths to every transaction, working as a team to give clients a smoother, more well-rounded experience from start to finish.
Jamie and her husband, Troy, have called Lexington home for more than 30 years, raising their two daughters through Lexington District One Schools and embracing everything life in the Midlands has to offer. For many years, theater was the family “sport.” While Troy and the girls spent countless evenings on stage at Village Square Theatre, Jamie worked behind the scenes producing, managing, and keeping everything running smoothly. It was there that she learned the value of preparation, communication, and making sure everyone involved feels supported — lessons that translate seamlessly into every real estate transaction she handles today.
These days, with their daughters grown and building lives of their own, Jamie and Troy don’t consider themselves empty nesters. They’re simply “bird watchers.” They enjoy tackling home improvement projects, planning their next travel adventure, spending time with family, and trying every new restaurant they can find in the Midlands — or revisiting an old favorite haunt. Jamie has also rediscovered her love of tennis and enjoys playing on several teams, which has introduced her to wonderful friends and some of the nicest tennis facilities in the area.
Our Philosophy
Both Jamie and Tara believe that real estate is about far more than buying and selling houses. They aren’t interested in being the agents you hear from only when it’s time to move. Their hope is that the people they work with become people they genuinely know and care about — clients who feel comfortable calling years later with a question, sharing a life update, or simply saying hello. Many already have. Jamie and Tara believe clients become lifelong friends, and they love nothing more than staying connected and watching all that life brings their way long after the closing table.
